I was having a chat to a friend this morning who had just been the victim of fraud. It started with mail going missing from his mailbox and lead to the fraudsters redirecting all snail mail to a new address AND convincing the mobile phone company to redirect all phone calls. Yes including the SMS’s you get from banks to authorise transactions.
This is a level of sophistication that I have not heard of before.
Be aware and follow up anything that looks suspicious immediately.
